Upon consignment packaging and courier handover, an automated SMS and email notification is issued containing your verified AWB waybill number. You can also monitor live freight updates directly via our Track Order tool (/track) using your order number or courier AWB.
Alight International connects certified architectural hardware manufacturers and distribution depots directly. If an order spans multiple specialized manufacturers (e.g. mortise locks and pantry wire baskets), each depot dispatches independently to guarantee rapid transit without cross-dock delays.
