• Contact & Consignment Identifiers: Authorized client name, contact phone number, billing address, and job site delivery coordinates.
• Fiscal Documentation: Purchase ledgers, payment settlement IDs, corporate GSTIN numbers, and official tax invoices.
• Technical Session Metadata: Encrypted browser sessions and IP routing coordinates utilized exclusively to shield accounts against unauthorized logins.

2. Cryptographic Payment Security

Alight International never stores plain card numbers, CVVs, or online banking passwords. All digital transactions are executed via RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment aggregators through TLS 1.3 encrypted conduits.

3. Operational Usage of Data

• To route consignment dispatches with certified freight carriers (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC).
• To compute statutory GST liabilities and transmit downloadable tax invoices.
• To prevent fraudulent procurements and ensure platform integrity.

4. Client Rights & Data Portability

In accordance with Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) legislation, you maintain the perpetual right to inspect, rectify, or demand the expungement of your commercial procurement profile by contacting our concierge through the Client Support Concierge.
