1. Depot Packaging & Dispatch Windows
All architectural specifications transmitted through Alight International are queued at the respective factory depot within 2 to 4 business hours. Custom packaging and precision quality inspections are finalized within 24 to 48 hours.
- Orders confirmed prior to 2:00 PM IST on working days enter depot packing queues same day.
- Consignments confirmed on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the next business morning.
- Heavy architectural systems (tall pull-out pantries, sliding door rails) undergo reinforced wooden crating prior to carrier dispatch.

3. Multi-Manufacturer Order Splitting
When an order includes fittings from multiple specialized manufacturers, consignments are logically divided into vendor-specific sub-orders (e.g. ORD-2026-XXXX-V1). Each sub-order is dispatched directly from the respective state depot with independent courier waybills to minimize transit times.
4. Damaged or Tampered Consignments
Please inspect the outer tamper-evident security tape before acknowledging carrier receipt. In the event of noticeable crate damage:
